Jennifer Cappeto, a Senior Associate at Higgins Quasebarth & Partners, earned an MS in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in the History of Art and Architecture from Middlebury College.  Trained as an architectural conservator, Ms. Cappeto has extensive experience performing conditions assessments and developing treatment recommendations for buildings reviewed by local, state and federal agencies.  She advises clients on building restoration techniques, as well as material identification and testing.  She has lectured at several national and international conferences on the conservation of architectural materials, and will be publishing an article on the decorative painting techniques of Louis Comfort Tiffany in 2009.
