The Joseph Curran Building of the National Maritime Union was designed by architect Albert Ledner and opened in 1964. More recently used as medical offices by St. Vincent’s Hospital, the building has now completed a full restoration and rehabilitation as the Phyllis and William Mack Pavilion of the Lenox Hill HealthPlex. HQ worked with Lenox Hill and architects Perkins Eastman on the restoration and rehabilitation of the building.
