HQ served as historic tax credit consultants for the rehabilitation of the Cooke Mill in the National Historic Landmark Historic District for Longstreet Development Corporation.  The rehabilitation converted a historic factory building into a mixed use residential and health care facility.  The project won a New Jersey State Historic Preservation Award in 1995.
