HQ served as historic preservation consultants to the Durst Organization for the Section 106 review of a new LEED-Platinum office tower at 42nd Street and Sixth Avenue. The Bank of America Tower is the second largest skyscraper in New York City. Working with architects Cook + Fox, HQ provided restoration consultation for the facade of the Henry Miller Theater, including construction period consulting and new design consultation for the redesign of the interior theater space and the re-creation of the lobby.
