HQ served as historic preservation consultants to the HK Organization for the residential conversion of an late nineteenth century church and adjacent rectory located within the Fort Greene Historic District.  Working with Scarano Architect, HQ provided design consultation for the Landmarks Preservation Commission approval of a rooftop addition to the former rectory and conversion of the property to residential use.  HQ also provided construction-period restoration consultation for the project.
